Every photo on this site is a digital download, delivered by email straight after payment. Nothing is posted to you, so there is nothing to physically return.

Your right to cancel

Online purchases normally come with a 14-day right to cancel. Because your photos are supplied to you immediately, the law lets us ask you to give up that right in exchange for instant delivery — which is exactly what the checkbox at checkout does. By ticking it and completing your order, you are confirming you understand you will not be able to cancel once your photos have been supplied, and your order confirmation email repeats this back to you for your records.

Because of this, we cannot offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind after your photos have been delivered.

If something has genuinely gone wrong

Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds are only ever considered on a case-by-case basis, and only in rare circumstances — for example, if you were charged but never received a working download link, a photo will not open, you were sent the wrong photo, or you were charged more than once for the same order. If any of these happen, get in touch and we will look into it. Outside of situations like these, we are unable to offer a refund once your photos have been delivered.

Your download link never expires and always shows exactly what you bought, so please keep your order confirmation email — it is the easiest way for us to find your order if you need to contact us.
