Takedown Policy

This site publishes and sells event photography from dog agility events — handlers, dogs, and sometimes spectators or event staff may appear in these photos. If you would like a photo of yourself, or your dog, taken down, this page explains how.
Who can ask for a photo to come down
- Anyone who appears in a photo themselves
- The owner or handler of a dog shown in a photo
- A parent or guardian, on behalf of a child who appears in a photo
- An event organiser, for photos taken at their event
How to ask
Get in touch via the contact page. To help find the right photo quickly, please include as much as you can of:
- The event name and date
- The photo’s reference number (shown under each photo), or a link to it
- Who you are, and who or which dog you’d like removed
What happens next
Once I can identify the photo, it’s deleted entirely — not just hidden — as soon as reasonably possible, usually within a few days. It’s removed from the gallery immediately, so it can no longer be viewed or bought, and the file itself is taken down rather than just kept out of sight.
If the photo had previously been purchased, deleting it also means anyone who bought it will no longer be able to use their download link to fetch it again in future — the link for that photo simply stops working. I can’t undo a download that has already happened (I have no way to remove a copy already saved to someone’s own device), but I won’t keep supplying it going forward once a takedown has been actioned.
